Desktop Mapping is an account-based service, ideally suited to customers who need multiple maps on a frequent basis (good minimum example: 4 maps per month). For account customers, we expect Ordnance Survey® to issue your password details within 2-3 working days but please allow up to 7 working days for their receipt.
